This villa is one of the very first private property, owned by foreigners on Paxos, situated at the South tip of Paxos on the hills of Ozias, which was in the old times the port of the island, οverlooking the naturally shaped bay and the sunrise, you will experience one of the most picturesque and tranquil views.
The Basilican style Church of Agia Marina is just below the house. It is the older archaeological monument of the island, which at the moment, is going under restorations works to preserve it.
Across the bay of Ozias, there is Mongonissi, another satellite island of Paxos where you will find a human-made sandy beach, and a couple of restaurants/bars.

The property is made up of two large houses side by side, each with their beautiful kitchen and comfortable living or dining areas both internally and externally. 
Between the houses, there is a large spacious common dining area as well as large stone build sofas where you can relax overlooking the bay.
