VILLA VEFA

Villa Vefa is set on west coast of Paxos above the ancient water cistern and is surrounded by a natural landscape of  Macchia Mediterranean, cypress and olives olive trees.

The villa is two 2-bedroom villas, one above the other and each with a swimming pool. The terraces of the upper villa look down on to the pool and terraces of the lower villa and for this reason it is offered as one property in order to provide privacy.

From the many terraces and balconies there are dramatic views over Bougazi and across the sea to the tip of AntiPaxos.

Bougazi creek. A pathway leads to the creek, from the top of the villa’s entrance driveway – a walk of 10 - 15 minutes. Avlaki beach is a walk of 15 minutes.

Two swimming pools (9 x 5 metres & depth 0.80 - 1.50 metres + 7 x 4 metres & depth 0.60 – 1.45 metres)

Maid service & linen change twice weekly

Location: car hire recommended. The villa is reached from the tiny village of Velianitatika, which has a supermarket and just outside the village, a local taverna. Shops, tavernas & boat hire of Gaios are a 5 minute drive. Loggos is a 15 minute drive.

Accommodation:

The upper villa has a ground floor of a sitting room, kitchen and dining area; one double bedroom (can be converted to a twin) and en suite shower room. External access up to first floor open-plan studio of double bed, sitting area and kitchenette.

The lower villa has a ground floor of a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms (one can be converted to a twin), each with an en suite shower room.
